Smooth-fronted (Cuvier's) Dwarf Caiman (Paleosuchus palpebrosus) captured in Venezuela in 1984. If a crocodilian is a must-have on your list but your housing is limited this is a species you are looking for. Typically shy and non-aggressive, it is the smallest croc species rarely exceeding 4 ft.
